Dog Coaching Services Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully and check the box upon purchase to confirm that you fully agree to them.
In the unlikely event of any injury occurring, the following terms and conditions indemnify Shannon McDougall from any and all liability.
This contract between you, the purchaser of services, and Shannon McDougall confirms that the you agree to the following:
Fees:
I agree that fees paid for an in person or online coaching session include 1 session only. The online self-directed course will include access to the course for your own process.
Services:
I recognize that Shannon McDougall is committed to providing me with the tools and knowledge required to meet my training goals, but cannot guarantee a dog’s performance as a result of training. I understand that I must follow training instructions and practice regularly with my dog, as recommended by the trainers.
Liability:
I agree to assume sole and entire responsibility for any injury, death or damage caused by myself or my dog during any training session. I or my representatives remain solely responsible for the dog(s) at all times. I understand that I must ensure that I hold appropriate insurance to cover myself for liability in the unlikely event that my dog causes injury or death to any party, or any property damage. I agree that Shannon McDougall will not be liable to any party under any circumstances for injury or damage caused by my dog.
I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Shannon McDougall for any property damage, loss, liability or expense caused by myself or my dog. This includes all legal costs and attorney’s fees, which may result from injury, death or damage caused by myself or my dog.
I acknowledge that I fully and freely appreciate that there are inherent risks of physical injury associated with dog training. I affirm that I understand these risks and freely agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Shannon McDougall in the case of any injuries of any kind
I hereby give Shannon McDougall permission to use pictures of myself and my dog for publicity or promotional purposes without liability or obligation of any kind. However, no information/pictures can be sold or shared otherwise by the company without my additional written consent.
Withdraw of Services
Shannon McDougall reserves the right to refuse to offer service or to withdraw services at any time for any reason at which time a refund will be provided.
Cancellation:
I understand that I must give at least 24 hours notice if I am unable to appear at a pre-arranged training session when a rescheduled time will be set. Failure to give notice will result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.
I have carefully read the contract and am signing to confirm that I agree to be bound by all the conditions stipulated in it.
